What is the problem with the electric wheelchair walking on the incline?

Electric wheelchair is an important means of transportation for the elderly and disabled. However, due to different brand quality and different years of use, there will be more or less failures. Today, I will explain to you how the electric wheelchair deviates!
In the process of electric wheelchair maintenance, it is actually easier and more convenient to repair major hardware faults, but those soft faults are more complicated to repair. For example, a seemingly simple fault such as the deviation of the electric wheelchair. Therefore, from the daily maintenance of electric wheelchairs, the common troubleshooting of electric wheelchair deviations is summarized as follows: electric wheelchair deviations can be roughly classified into two categories of factors:
1. Improper operation by the user. Since the electric wheelchair controller is relatively sensitive, it is necessary to keep the joystick lightly pushed straight ahead to keep going straight during driving. direction, causing the electric wheelchair to deviate or sway from side to side; such situations can be strengthened with practice.
Second, the electric wheelchair deviates due to the failure of the electric wheel itself.

1) Controller failure: The controller lever drifts, causing the direction control to fail. This is also the most common reason for the deviation of electric wheelchairs. When such a problem occurs, it is necessary to repair and replace the controller joystick or replace the controller. This type of failure is usually caused by the user’s excessive force on the joystick in daily operation;
(2) Motor failure: If the motor fails, the wheelchair will deviate. For example, the wear degree of the carbon brushes on both sides of the brushed motor is inconsistent; the inconsistent power and speed of the two motors can lead to the deviation of the electric wheelchair;
(3) Tire problem: different tire pressures on both sides of the wheelchair will lead to deviation; inconsistent wear of the guide wheel will lead to deviation; damage to the guide wheel bearing will also lead to deviation;
(4) Electric wheelchair clutch failure: The failure of the clutch on one side of the electric wheelchair will cause the wheelchair to deviate.
The above is the fault reason for the deviation of the electric wheelchair. If the electric wheelchair deviates, it can be checked and dealt with according to the above arrangement.
