3.Manufacturer services. In fact, many electric wheelchairs will inevitably malfunction during use, so when you buy an electric wheelchair, you should pay attention to whether there is a warranty from the electric wheelchair manufacturer and whether there are some after-sales maintenance services.
1. Press the power switch. When the power indicator light does not light up: Check whether the power cord and signal cable are connected correctly. Check whether the battery is charged. Check whether the battery box overload protection is cut off and pops up, just press it.
2. When the indicator light displays normally after the power switch is turned on, but the electric wheelchair still cannot be started, check whether the clutch is in the “on” position.
3. The car stops at an uncoordinated speed while driving: Check whether the tire pressure is sufficient. Check the motor for overheating, noise or other abnormalities. The power cord is loose. The controller is damaged, please return it to the factory for replacement.
